A Rockton contractor who has pleaded guilty to home repair fraud was placed on probation for 48 months and ordered to pay restitution for $77,366.23 following a guilty plea to one count of home repair fraud. The contractor with an F rating on the Better Business Bureau’s website has received many complaints from customers who used his business for various reasons, including  Pergola construction, remodeled bathrooms, kitchen remodels, and more. The contractor also skipped appointments with potential customers after they gave him payments to start the jobs. Many customers also complained about a lack of professionalism, such as accidents and misstatements of project costs and completion dates.
